IN PERSON TRAINING

If you live in the Bay Area, we will find a time and space that fits into one another’s schedules. My portable gym equipment allows us to train wherever is most comfortable for you; your home, a neighborhood park, front/back yard, rooftop, etc.

REMOTE VIDEO TRAINING

In the comfort of your home or favorite outdoor spot, we’ll use zoom to connect as I train you through your workouts. Initially I will help you order the equipment you’ll need that coincides with your goals, focusing on making it both affordable and highly effective for what we’re trying to accomplish.

FORM & FOUNDATION

I will teach you the proper way to exercise, starting with the basics of proper form and progressing towards more challenging movements. An emphasis will be placed on the mind-muscle connection, and how to bring awareness into your body to consciously activate muscles and avoid injury.

NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE

As we center our attention on nutrition, sleep, and other lifestyle choices we will start to understand the holistic picture that is YOU. We will find a way to make a plan that is lasting and sustainable, creating a healthy lifestyle that feels right and still allows you to be human and enjoy what being human entails.
