“Arguably the best thing I did during the pandemic was begin training with Tim. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, able to pinpoint muscle weaknesses and craft workout routines to strengthen muscle groups I didn't even consider working out. The results were great - when gym restrictions were lifted and I could begin working in my older weight-lifting routines, I noticed I was stronger and had much better form. I could've stopped working with Tim then, but I realized he cared more about helping me achieve my goals than anything else. We figured out how to best integrate my exercises both old and new to create a great workout routine comprising both personal trainer sessions and solo gym workouts.

I asked Tim to teach me to deadlift. I worked with him twice a week. When we started my posture was so terrible that it was 6 months before Tim let me deadlift more than the bar. By 12 months I was deadlifting more than my bodyweight.
